We’ve completed an extensive upgrade to our Online Banking system that you’ll see when you go to login to your account. The first thing you’ll see is a new login page with enhanced security features.

Your Account Number (now your Login ID) and Access Code are still the same. However, you will need to re-submit your Security Questions and Security Key before you’ll be able to view your account information. Don’t worry . . . it’s very easy and the system will guide you through the process. It’ll only take you a few minutes to complete!

In addition to many of the features of the old system, you’ll be able to do everything from setting up Account Alerts to changing the colors of your Online Banking page!

With our new Online Banking, you can send us a secure message if you have a question about a transaction. And, you’ll be able to do Account-to-Account transfers – between your Cutting Edge FCU account(s) and your account(s) at other financial institutions. We encourage you to explore the many features Online Banking now offers!

We trust you will find the new Online Banking easy to navigate and full of new tools that can help you manage your funds. There is also a terrific “Help” section under the “Options” tab. Of course, if you need any assistance, please contact your branch.

To those members who use Online Bill Pay – this new system only affects our Online Banking system. There will be NO CHANGE to the Online Bill Pay program. Your User Name, Password, Biller Accounts and Scheduled Payments will all remain the same.
