We’re working to keep you safe: COVID-19 Updates

Effective June 15, our offices are accepting more appointments for in-branch services.

Our staff will be taking extra safety precautions, such as wearing face coverings and sanitizing between each member visit, so we respectfully request that you make an appointment so that we may serve you in a timely and safe manner. Making an appointment ensures that staff have adequate time to clean and prepare for your visit.

Our Lewiston branch is still serving members through the drive-thru window, and Milwaukie members can be served through the vestibule of our International Way office – both during our regular business hours and without an appointment.

We also ask that you wear a face covering while inside the branch, and limit the number of people in your visit to the credit union to two – if you have a health condition that would prevent you from wearing a face covering or need other accommodations, please let us know prior to your appointment so that we may best serve you when you arrive.

In order to receive your Economic Impact Payment from the federal government as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (or CARES Act) via direct deposit, you must ensure that the IRS has your account information on file. Visit their Economic Impact Payments webpage to see if you are eligible for a payment, to update your direct deposit information, to provide your direct deposit information if you did not file a 2018 or 2019 federal income tax return, and for general information regarding the Economic Impact Payments.

Many school districts, local business, and non-profits are offering lunches for children during the school shut down. Contact your local district to see if and how they are offering lunch services while students are at home.
