Pay: $21.00-$24.00 based on experience

Position Summary:

As the Tribal Liaison, this individual will serve as a key connector between the credit union and the Tribe, ensuring that our services reflect the values, needs, and aspirations of the tribal community. This role requires a deep understanding of tribal culture, governance, and economic priorities, along with a commitment to building trust and maintaining open, respectful communication.

Additionally, this role requires lending, membership opening, and teller duties.  When not out in the community, this position is responsible for processing consumer and real estate loan requests, new account opening, daily transaction processing and additional services as requested by the membership. Expected to offer basic financial coaching and additional products and services to enhance member relationships and assist members with solutions to achieve their personal finance goals.

The Tribal Liaison position is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, at the Lewiston branch location. There may be some events outside of normal business hours that require participation as well. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, long and short-term disability, and 401K. Paid Annual Leave is also included.
