Beginning April 4, Cutting Edge Online & Mobile Banking will be more modern, more intuitive, and offer more conveniences for banking on the go.
Your Cutting Edge digital banking experience should be smooth, secure, and the same on all your devices. That’s why we’re upgrading our digital banking systems to create a seamless experience across both online and mobile platforms, with intuitive functionality and a sleek new look. No matter where you are or what device you want to use, you can:
- view balances and transactions, download transaction histories, and tag transactions for enhanced organization of your finances
- set up alerts for balances, transactions, login notifications, and more
- view and print e-Statements, e-Notices, and tax documents
- access debit and credit card controls
- transfer funds, including member-to-member transfers and person-to-person payments
- easily make or schedule loan payments
- use our free Online BillPay service
- order checks and deposit checks remotely by taking a picture
- securely message the credit union
- create budgets and a picture of your overall financial health with new money management tools
- and more!
We will automatically upgrade your account on Tuesday, April 4 – free of charge. Here’s what you need to know before our Cutting Edge Online & Mobile Banking upgrade:
- Our Online Banking and Mobile Banking systems will be unavailable from approximately 5:30-10:30am while we undergo the upgrade. Use of your accounts and cards will not be affected during this upgrade window.
- When your upgrade is ready to go, our Cutting Edge Credit Union Mobile Banking app will automatically ask you to download the new version.
- Your username and password for online and mobile banking will stay the same. You’ll need to log in with this information before you can use features like Touch ID or Face ID. If you don’t remember your login credentials, or we don’t have your preferred current email address on file, please contact us.
- There are no changes to our online bill payment system – you will still enjoy the same great, free service! If you currently use Cutting Edge BillPay, your existing bill payments and payees will all be available following the upgrade.
